Please use this form to request a quest. Note that while you must have a general idea of what this quest is to be, the quest will not necessarily go the way that you, or your character, expect it to.
You will not be contacted back with regards to this form. It will either be run, or it won't be. Filling out a quest request form does not entitle you to having the quest run, nor does it require or bind a DM to running it.
